Sandro Franzoi

Sandro is a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management at the University of Münster, PhD student at the University of Liechtenstein and visiting researcher at the University of St. Gallen and the University of Notre Dame.

His research explores the continuous change of business processes and organizational routines using computational methods such as process mining. In particular, he investigates how large amounts of digital trace data and the associated visibility of behaviour can be used to better understand organizations and their business processes.

As Flow Field Lead of AI & Processes, he is particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can be used for targeted process improvement.
