Dr. Josephine Moritz

Josephine is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Information Systems at the University of Münster. Her research focuses on societal and work-related changes driven by artificial intelligence.

A central interest of her research is understanding how both employees and organizations can benefit from the use of artificial intelligence. She is particularly concerned with how people experience, interpret, and develop trust in AI-driven systems.

Prior to joining the Flow Factory, Josephine completed her PhD at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in the field of Digital Management & Digital Work. In her dissertation, she examined how employees respond to the use of algorithmic decision-making.
