Flow Factory Governance Board

The Governance Board develops and monitors the strategic direction of Flow Factory. It defines the long-term goals and subject areas and supports the activities of the managing Executive Board. The committee is made up of members of the executive boards of the participating funding institutions as well as professors from the University of Münster. It is chaired by Prof. Dr. Liane Buchholz.

Flow Team

The Flow Team is responsible for the operational aspects of the Flow Factory. It is made up of the Flow Field Leads and the Flow Office. The Flow Fields comprise the areas of AI & Products, AI & Process, AI & Purpose and AI & People. Each of these focus areas is overseen by a Flow Field Lead, who is responsible for the technical development and direction of their area.

The Flow Office handles the administrative tasks of the Flow Factory. It coordinates the interaction between research and practice, manages the internal IT infrastructure, plans and organizes events, and supports the Flow Factory’s public relations efforts.
