Flow Factory Governance Board

The Governance Board develops and monitors the strategic direction of Flow Factory. It defines the long-term goals and subject areas and supports the activities of the managing Executive Board. The committee is made up of members of the executive boards of the participating funding institutions as well as professors from the University of Münster. It is chaired by Prof. Dr. Liane Buchholz.

Flow Factory Executive Board

The Executive Board manages the implementation of long-term goals and takes care of day-to-day business. The Executive Board also brings together decision-makers from the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe and the University of Münster.

Flow Team

Das Flow Team ist für die operativen Belange der Flow Factory verantwortlich. Es setzt sich aus den Flow Field Leads und dem Flow Office zusammen. Die Flow Fields umfassen die Bereiche AI & Products, AI & Process, AI & Purpose und AI & People. Jeder dieser Schwerpunkte wird von einem Flow Field Lead betreut, der die fachliche Entwicklung und Ausrichtung seines Bereichs verantwortet.

Das Flow Office übernimmt die administrativen Aufgaben der Flow Factory. Es koordiniert das Zusammenspiel zwischen Forschung und Praxis, steuert die interne IT-Infrastruktur, plant und organisiert Veranstaltungen und unterstützt die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Flow Factory.
